CPU Crash
My computer keeps crashing, believe it's CPU-based. Display goes dark and Desktop fan turns to max speed. Have a fairly decent CPU with low settings. Has this issue been reported, either with DH or Iris?

The black screen part seems more like GPU to me
That was my belief as well, but a few threads suggested it's commonly a CPU problem
Do you have any OC active? (apart from XMP)
It could definitely be GPU though

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs2.0.4-a-dev-1.20.1
Can you send your latest.log (txt) log?
Only other thing I can recommend is checking if crash will apper with only DH installed
You will need to wait for someone more qualifided
Do think it's an iris issue
It could also be a thermal issue, what are the temps like?
