ive gotten to the point where i just instantly assume my teamates dont want to win

That’s the game telling you it thinks you’re in the right rank so it’s harder to climb out. As far as I know it resets every episode so you get a chance to prove yourself and get out of the cycle. But for now yeah just gotta win more
