ERROR CODE VAN 1067 AND VANGUARD

Every 5-10 minutes i keep getting the “this vanguard requires secure boot to be enabled in order to play” thing and the van 1067 error. And now im getting 60-80 fps in game but its usually 250-300. Also getting higher pings in servers (my internet is fine). wtf is happening
