libinput conflicting with open tablet driver
I have installed OpenTabletDriver through ujust; in artist mode libinput adds smoothing to the input of the tablet, this conflicts with my custom smoothing in opentablet driver (adds delay and correction to input).

This directory didn't exist before so i created this along with the .quirk file, but after a restart it hasn't applied to libinput.
Things I've tried, tried to put the .quirks file in /usr/share/libinput though this requires me to make a hotfix to the image as its in the read-only section.
