Cloudflare Tunnel: HTTP/3 to Origin

In Zero Trust > Networks > Tunnels > [Tunnel] > Public Hostname > [Hostname] > Additional application settings > TLS if I disable the option "HTTP2 connection", will cloudfared make a HTTP/3 connection to my Origin Server or is that even possible with the current version of cloudflared?
