mobs despawn on server restart!
Whenever I restart my server, there is a chance that animals in a pen and even tamed wolves despawn. Is there a way to prevent this?

I noticed this a while ago, so it might have been fixed when I removed the awful illegalstack plugin. I’ll have to do further testing but it’s something I thought it would be worth asking anyway since maybe somebody might have an easy fix to insure it never happens again.
Also, it’s a paper server that I run at home
1.20.1
perworldplugins sucks ass aswell
heavily do not recommend using it, or plugins that try and do the same
orebfuscator i would replace with paper antixray, and if you want better antixray than that, buy/build raytraced antixray
can use more cpu threads tho
I’m planning on removing that pretty soon
I know that per world plugins sucks but I kinda rely on it to disable plugins in some of my worlds.
@ProGamingDk dare you to port raytraced antixray to packetevents :KEKW:
lifestealsmp.net has one
custom port
Was apparently expensive as fuck
I only see one class that uses it tbh
try it then
not rn
kek
Whats that?
Raytraced xray?
it's raytraced antixray, ores are only shown where players are looking
And are able to see
So how will they stop people using baritone like mods?
Or freelook
can't free look if the ores aren't sent
Ohhh ok
Its the other way
Get it
Are there any free plugins that do that?
raytraced antixray
you can build it for free
Builds aren't distributed?
Will I have to build myself?
yes
build or buy
Oh okay
Thanks for the help :)
Could somebody please help with this
U just gotta start disabling plugins till it’s fixed

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
Congratulations, you found the culprit.

(I’d recommend doing the opposite tho)
Start with 0 and add em back
Starting with no plugins is helpful cause it can verify that it’s a plugin causing it, not a server jar/config
K I’ll work on this soon and hopefully will help find the culprit
One of the problems is that it is a bit inconsistent
yeah, I know ur pain, but just how it is, trying to find out how to consistently replicate it is challenging but just gotta power thru it
I need to get binarysearchinator done
another thing on my todo list
