For example, someone is having 0.2 sens x 800 dpi, and another one is having 0.4 sens × 400 dpi. Since the edpi of both is 160.. Does that mean there is no difference between those two? Or is there any difference since dpi is not the same?

yeah unless theres some like weird difference with ur mouse's software but even that would be so small you would most likely never see a difference
