Game Not Responding

Basically about 5 days ago I started playing Valorant again and everything was working fine but as soon as the agent lock in timer hit 0 my game just freezes and sometimes it unfreezes sometimes it doesnt I really dont know how to fix this and I'm fairly worried because I've gotten multiple AFK/Dodge offenses and I really dont want my account to get a like 300+ hour penalty like my friend did
