DH and bliss shaders 1.20.6 ghosting bug
I'm getting a "ghost effect" when DH and bliss shaders are enabled together, with DH disabled the bug stops. It only occurs when looking at the sky.
Solution
Fix the visual doppler effect with DH
If your game has a visual "hall of mirrors" effect with Distant Horizons you may fix it by going to: Distant Horizons Config › Advanced › Graphics › Render Quality › Transparency = Complete
