KDE Nvidia Wayland - How to add custom resolution?

I have installed Sunshine and want to stream from my Bazzite PC to my laptop. My PC has a dummy HDMI plug that can handle all the way up to 4k. My laptop has the resolution of 2560x1600 but my PC isn't advertising that resolution in KDE although it does advertise all the way up to 4k. This all works in Windows.

I'm sure I can add a custom resolution in X11 easily enough with xrandr but I'd prefer to use Wayland if possible.

I have attempted making use of kernel params (video=HDMI-A-2:2560x1600@60) but I couldn't get that to work and I have no idea how to work with edids. Any help getting 2560x1600 advertised on my PC would be appreciated thanks.
