TPM Initialization Failure

I had this issue on one of my accounts for a year but my main worked, but suddenly everything js stopped working, I get this error on every account i try to log in, even if i create a new one. I tried to reinstall Vanguard, and Valorant. not sure what to do

i fixed it by clearing tpm
