Plasma Crashing FIX
I figured out a fix it is caused by the vapor theme after it crashes use alt f2 and open Ptyxis and then run
kstart plasmashell and it will keep crashing so do alt f2 and then open the System settings go to color and themes and then change it to something that is not vapor and check all the boxes so it changes everything now you should have a working desktop
