HELP PLEASE I CANNOT PLAY :/

Today I bought new graphic card and a Ryzen 7 5700x, and i wanted to open valorant and play, but it crashed saying that i need TPM 2.0 for playing, but i already did what i suppose to do to activate it, but its still appearing the same crash.

Any solutions?
This happens to someone else?
