Is there any chance to unban account in this situation?
Hi, my friend give his account access to one guy for playing. He play like two-three matches with cheats to ban this account for “fun”.
My friend plays pubg mobile since 2018, and spend around 100 000$ on his account, that’s why it’s very important for him.
My friend have all proofs that he get banned by this guy, I know that my friend is responsible for that he gave access to his account to this guy, but come on guys, all the companies, for example game very close to the pubg mobile - pubg pc, pubg on pc have guarantee that if your account is stolen, and you receive a game ban, this game ban will be removed from account if you have all the proofs. He pay this game around 100k dollars, I think that for this amount he should have some option to remove ban if this ban is caused by scammer. If it’s possible he will be very happy to find out any help.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
