valorant stuck on screen

can someone help me its second day that its been happening whenever i open val i get stuck in the loading screen my whole pc is slown and i can only close it throught my task manager and when i close it from there my pc starts slowing down and some apps dont open and lags and then my cpu usage goes 70 to 100% every other game works fine it only happens after i open val for some reason
