Can my ISP Help improve ping to Valorant serves

So recently I upgraded my wifi plan form my isp (annual), idk how relevant this is.
But after that the ping increase from 12 to 25 to Mumbai servers.
I do have 2 IPs to Mumbai server that a employee revealed.
Other isp in my town all have different pings to Mumbai server.
So I’m just in a doubt that can my ISP improve routing to these server so I can have a better ping? I know the network engineer who works there (known contact) so communicating won’t be an issue.
