Getting some weird shadows

DH 2.0.4.dev; trying to get floating islands to look good but lightning is not playing nice, this happens even if it's just DH loaded up, turning off cave culling fixed the invisible parts, if someone knows which settings to mess around with to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Logs and mods below, no error messages (in the chat) and it's in singleplayer.
