Slow Loading Times for Cloudflare Enabled Domains

I'm facing an issue with slow loading times on a domain enabled with Cloudflare proxy. To diagnose, I've set up two identical test websites on the same server. One domain is registered with Hostinger and the other with Cloudflare. Both use the same server and website configuration.
Here's what I've done so far:
-Checked DNS settings and resolution times.
-Ensured proper caching and minification settings in Cloudflare.
-Compared performance using GTmetrix and WebPageTest.
-Monitored server performance and logs.
-Reviewed firewall and security settings.
-Enabled HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 on Cloudflare.
Despite these steps, the site remains slow with Cloudflare. Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions for other settings to check?
