Ping spikes Frankfurt

for the last 2 weeks my ping just spikes every few seconds , this is annoying af and tilting , really hard to play that way.
ive replaced my router with a new one and the problem remains the same nothing is wrong with my side or my ISP side , idk what u did with ur routing but things messed up on the last time u contacted my ISP. MY ISP is BEZEQ
