Black screen in only one account ?

I have a problem because i launched a Deathmatch and my game just froze and put me in front of a black screen. The big problem is when i restart the game, i still have the black screen like i am still in the deathmatch. But if i go in the account of my brother, the game launch normally. . What can i do ?
