I think I found a fix. If you are using Quantum Fiber and 360 pods, open the app with your phone and disable the Guard settings or find the website/ip it is blocking and approve it
I would recommend switching from a private DNS to a public DNS. This will let the game choose the smoothest and most efficient connection route possible. There are two DNS connections you can try out - either Google or CloudFlare. Kindly try out both to see whether this improves the issue you're facing.
Windows
Hit the Windows key or click the Windows icon in your taskbar

Go to the bottom of the menu and change "Obtain DNS server address automatically", to "Use the following DNS server addresses:"
Select one of the following public DNS servers to use: Google DNS (Recomended) • Primary: 8.8.8.8 • Alternative: 8.8.4.4 Cloudflare DNS (Use this if Google DNS fails) • Primary: 1.1.1.1 • Alternative: 1.0.0.1
