Hello, @ziad. You should first consider contacting the e-mail support for further assistance in this regard to recover your access to your e-mail account, as this is the most efficiency way. The in-game customer service will not be able to check the informations about your e-mail address, but you may try to contact them and request for an unlink if you no longer need it.
