why can’t I receive my hacked account back

They don’t tell me why they can’t approve my request even though I have all the evidence that it is my own account that was hacked 🙄

Hello, @DanWicky! An unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.

If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit.
