AMD 7900XTX Power Cap Issue on Bazzite
First of all, I want to express how impressed I am with Bazzite. It is a marvelous operating system, and I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that has gone into building it. I am excited about the potential of using Bazzite as my primary gaming OS.
However, I am experiencing an issue with my AMD 7900XTX GPU being capped at 300 watts on Bazzite, whereas on Windows, it is capped at 403-463 watts.

- Added the amdgpu.ignore_min_pcap=1 kernel parameter to the GRUB configuration.
- Edited the /boot/loader/entries/ostree-2.conf file to include amdgpu.ignore_min_pcap=1 in the options line.
- Used the rocm-smi tool to verify the power settings, which showed a maximum package power of 339 watts.
