high ping on frankfurt since today morning

so i had alot of issues with my ping and my ISP fixed it few days ago , but since today morning all my pings are high when i used to get on frankfurt 52~60 not i get 80 , i have to say , i have no more ping spikes its just high ping than it used to be before.
used to play with 50~60 , now its 80 since today morning
