my account got hacked long time ago
I started playing the game in season 2 and originaly create the account by facebook login
I stopped playing the game and took long break and when i re-downloaded the game i found that my acount was hacked and someone linked his phone number
I claimed record 2 times and got rejected twice as you can see in the pic

Friend’s id that i used to play with in 2019/2020: 5256422166
Friend’s 2 id that i used to play with in 2019/2020: 5278439326
Used to play the game on my old phones Infinix note 2, Redmi not 5 pro, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and now on my iPhone 8 Plus
Got many proofs that the account belongs to me but the claim record keeps getting

Hello, @Biggy. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
