WATCH PARTY HOST REQUEST

Hi y'all, sorry can i ask you guys if anyone knows how the way to request a permission from riot to host a watch party for upcoming VCT or current VCT tour?? Btw im streaming at tiktok platform so it quite hard to host a watch party without a permission from RIOT
