How do I get better teammates?
I'm silver, but I get put in bronze or iron lobbies sometimes. I know your teammates and lobbies are dependent on two things, your rank and hidden mmr. I know that both of which is increased by winning, but I can't win, some of my matches I get put with terrible teammates who lock duelist but don't fulfill their role as a duelist.
