Project has exceeded the data transfer quota

Hello - love the idea of what you're building. Playing around with PoC on the free tier to make sure everything we're going to need can be handled out of Neon.

I have a free tier account, and i'm now no longer to perform any operation and am getting the message project has exceeded the data transfer quota informing me I need to upgrade. My issue here, is the observability of said metric is very unclear and quite poor. The dashboard for my project states under 'resources remaining' I have data transfer available of 259gb.

So the questions here for me are;
- resources remaining -> data transfer -> is this infact showing data transfer used and not data transfer remaining and what is the data transfer cap per tier?
- if I upgrade my plan is the observability UI/data any better via monitoring metrics or project dashboard?

For reference, I took a look at both the pricing and detailed pricing comparison here https://neon.tech/pricing and it wasn't mentioned.
