I Got Penalized For No Reason (AGAIN)

So I recently started playing valorant on console and every time I log into the game I get penalized for being “afk”. I was wondering why this is happening so much as I have never been afk in any of my games. My guess is that since I die so much the game thinks I’m afk when I’m really just spectating. (And yes I did check my internet connection everything is fine this is a game side issue)
