Desktop mode static after setting invalid refresh rate (legion go)

Was using external monitor with a dock in desktop mode, however now switching to desktop mode results in a static screen. Game mode is fine. I don't have access to a dock or keyboard, is there a way to reset the desktop mode display configuration? I have ssh access. Have tried kscreen-doctor already (even with setting WAYLAND_DISPLAY and DISPLAY variables)
