My game freezes after everyone has selected agents and sometimes i get into the game mid first round and sometimes on 2nd or 3rd round and dont get any exp

My game freezes after everyone has selected agents and sometimes i get into the game mid first round and sometimes on 2nd or 3rd round and dont get any exp
