Valorant Lag spikes every few seconds

my valorant lags every few seconds even though my graphics settings is low

Pc Specs :

• Ryzan 5 PRO 4650 with Radeon Graphics
• AMD Radeon RX 6600
• Klevv Cras XR RGB 8GB 4266MHz

no idea why it lags when its only Valorant and discord open in the background
