Why is he still not banned?
I recently reported this player during our 1v1 match because of how abnormal his dmg. I die so fast whenever he’s shooting me. So I decided to report it just to see how it goes. Then the day after, i logged in and saw the notification which confirms that he is cheating and has been banned for 10yrs. My problem is, why can he still play even tho pubg clearly said he is banned because of cheating.
His ID is: 698338018. He’s playing in Asia server.
Please admin I need some answer. I don’t wanna see this hacker in PUBGM. Sigh

Solution
You can report cheaters through the report feature in the score/spectate section at the end of every match or in the statistics section of their profile via friend search. This is the best and most efficient method to inform the security team and receive in-game notifications regarding suspended cheaters. You can also submit a report through http://bit.ly/3ZCEgg5.
