I won't lie, it's good, but you tell that it needs some work. Especially in the hood section of the car it kinda makes it split weirdly, I'm not sure, but I think what you did wrong is make the side of the hood lines symmetrical. Two ways to fix these problems are changing the back or front of the car, as right now, the right side of the hood droops down. I am NOT an artist, but I do know a bunch of artists that specialize in drawing cars, and I like art :].
