Issues with VLC as flatpak (hevc playback blackscreen)

im not sure if its a bug or not (i assume it is) but on a fresh system installed via bazzite-nvidia-stable iso, then rebasing to testing, my VLC does not show up any video anymore if its a HEVC file (a videofile encoded with nvenc_hevc via ffmpeg)
im not sure if other formats are affected, but i will add more infos to the issue if i find anything.
does anyone else have that issue, or is there something that i miss?
Specs: i7 11700k, 32gb ram, RTX 3080 10gb
