my UC was gone and when I submitted a report in game I was told you Never shipped And of course I have all the evidence Which explains that I charged my account. The only problem is that a lot of time has passed, more than a year, because of my anger at that moment and the response that I received during a difficult period in my life. After that, I completely deleted the game , but as time passed, I was told that I might have Small chance to recover UC that was taken
