trailers show timmy and sahara, but in the ea release the game is about a random company and you play as a random worker for that company
The original story will be playing as jack holt finding Timmy on the new island. The new story will be playing as a random fisherman that accidentally crashes in a storm onto the island and coincidentally meets Timmy.
the game will feature a voxel cube based building system, but people look back on how the old building system is better and are hopefull that a item in the game files that looks to be a mix between them will be added
Nah the new building system will be like the on in The Forest but it's gonna be ultra realistic. So you need to spend IRL hours sawing logs and hammering stuff into place
they simultaneously look cool and kinda not great
they need a lot of refinement
And for extra realism if built incorrectly structures can be destroyed by bad weather
for insane realism you will get tired after moving 2 logs at once
