can i get my ban lifted at least?

hey, sorry to bother but i tried to load in to an unrated game, and i got into agent select just fine, but after that i was stuck on the loading screen, even after i restarted my pc and ran as administrator, it wouldnt let me play but i could even hear my team in game chat, now im banned for 7 days to where i cant even load the game up, can you lift my suspension? my user is synth#bbw
