Inferno Fiend selection pack

In the new Inferno Fiend crate there is an advanced selection pack to redeem the mummys and the m4. I already own all the skins so what will happen if i get it ? Can i at least redeem the M416 for materials or will it be useless ?

If you get duplicated Mythic outfit, you can convert it into Silver Fragments, and if you get a duplicated upgradable weapon finish, it will be converted into one Material.
