Team reports and announcements

The @Oversight Team has been talking about introducing some form of team reports. These serve the following purposes:

- Make teams and team actions more visible. The #did-a-thing channel is one of my favorite parts of this community. It gives individuals a way to show what they've been working on, it helps others to stay up to date on what's happening, it inspires action, and it feels rewarding to get some emoji's after you did something useful. However, PauseAI is, to a large extent, structured in teams. These teams tend to work in closed channels, which are not public. This leads to a lack of visibility of both teams as organizational units, as well as a lack of visibility on the things they're doing.
- Make it easier for the Oversight team to know what teams are doing. The oversight team is tasked with keeping track of the teams. This is easy as long as Oversight team members are also members in the other teams (which is currently the case), but this will no longer work as we grow. We need a different way for teams to inform the oversight team.

Considerations

- Reports should be short and to-the point
- Some messages / reports can be sensitive (e.g. team member functioning), so maybe we need a distinction between public and private ones.
- Reporting is cumbersome - we should make it as easy as possible
- We want a public-facing text that's ready to be included in a

Technical approaches

- Use a discord bot to send written messages, store them in airtable. Seperate "private" and "public" messages. The private one can include sensitive things. The public ones are copy/pasted into the big announcement doc
- Team leads send a DM to the overseer, who then add it to a big google doc. The Oversight team is responsible for drafting one big "update" text every week which aggregates all updates into one document
