High ping on valorant but low on anywhere else

this problem persists when i am using mobile data tethering for wifi and it is always specifically for valorant singapore server. i have no latency problem when im connected to singapore server in other games using the same wifi source except valorant. when i switched to other wifi, the latency stays the same just like in other app within the same server
