Hello, for some reason my blueprint install started doing this. Can someone please help me? I also have "Outdated stylesheets detected."

Pterodactyl version?
1.11.5
blueprint -upgrade should do the trick
Stylesheet cache which can be refreshed with ctrl shift rUpdate Pterodactyl to the latest version, then run
blueprint-upgrade
After that execute
blueprint -upgrade remote blueprintframework/fallback
At least that helped me fix it yesterday.I'm already doing blueprint -upgrade rn

so the first issue is fixed
stylesheets are fixed
Yesterday I had the same problem with the style sheets and it was fixed by purging the cache and the other thing by updating the panel
now I need to update pterodactyl

this is a known bug
if you previously had 1.11.7 (or any version for that matter) installed - it'll show as 1.11.5 (only visually) due to a bug in the current latest release

I think you should be pretty much fine now actually
pterodactyl is now at 1.11.7
try installing some extensions and let me know how it goes
so now blueprint
and blueprint is no longer functional im guessing
