I am experiencing an issue with playing PUBG Mobile on my PC using Gameloop. Specifically, I cannot play the ranked mode when connected to the #North_America server.

Solution
Matchmaking duration depends on how many players are currently playing on the specific game mode, map, team mode, perspective, server and platform. If you are unable to find a match, try switching to a different map, team mode or play on mobile instead.
