How to get rid of random black squares in LOD's?

This is killing me lol. I've already tried deleting the LODS and letting it regenerate but they still appear dotted around the place in new location.

So I took drastic action and assumed it was a world problem, so I copied my builds and plocked it on a brand new 1.20.1 superflat. And its still happening
