can’t connect sony account to riot account (SOLVED)
I created a Sony account today so I could play Valo on the PS5, but when I connected my Sony account it didn’t give me the option to actually enter in my Sony account details and just autofilled it (without showing what account was being connected). And when I got on the PS5 to connect my Riot Account via QR code, it wouldn’t let me use my Riot Account because it was connected to a different Sony account. It said to disconnect the account via Account Management, but I still can’t connect the account I’m trying to use to play.
I used the code for my main account and connected it to the proper Sony account, so I know that I have access to the game, but I just can’t get past the screen to log into the Riot Account.
I need help, I’ve been trying to figure this out for the last hour. :(
