new nether portal generation
I updated from 1.17.1 to 1.21 and now everytime a player goes from the nether to the overworld a new portal will generate. This is weird cause we use a datapack to calculate the portal so i know the portals are in 8:1 ratio. The server is fabric with mods that doesn't (or should not) break vanilla mechanics such a lithium.
