Unstructured blazer thoughts
Looking at the size chart for the madewell one, since they seem to be body measurements, for 5'5" and 34 chest I think I would pick XS. Seems like you're right on the cusp between XS and S though, so possibly just depends if you're happy enough with a slouchier longer-length look
