all of resolutions are 60-75hz when i have a 144hz monitor

after something happened to my computer all of my resolutions on valorant went from 144hz all the way down to 60hz and i cant play the res that i wanna play. and when i try to make a custom resolution through nvidia control panel that doesnt work either. I dont really know what to do or WHY this happened.
