Having trouble updating

I reported this like about 3 months ago but every update I would have this problem of not being able to update. Usually my fix to this is just reinstall valorant and riot client but somehow this time it's not working. I even tried configuring the firewall for valorant and the client, but yet again, no fix. Is there somebody that could help me with this?
